The road, she calls us.
June 18, 2006 And... we're off. We leave in a few minutes for our road trip to Colorado for the annual national Rainbow gathering. I've had all sorts of emotions about this, from resistance to elation to "I'm going home right now." But, I think I've set myself on going, so now I need to zip the lip on complaints and death threats. We are taking our RV, with six adults and three kids. We didn't mean to have so many people in our little RV, but somehow we forgot to do a head count.
Ahhh there is always more to write about this way.
I won't have reliable internet access for three weeks. I'll do what I can.

Hey, you're coming our way! You going via I-70? If so, you'll only be about 25 minutes north of us. Hope you have a fun, safe trip.
May this trip be an unexpected oasis in the midst of the many trials you've been going through--I feel for you, but I know you're coming through it like pure gold. I love you guys.
