Finally in the right place
December 28, 2007 
It was a long time ago that I painted this portrait of Chinua's grandfather. Finally on Christmas Eve, I was able to give it to my father-in-law, and see him sit back in his chair and look at the painting of his father for a long, long, time.

My goodness, what a talent you are. My friend did a painting for me called "A Mother's View," of me breastfeeding one of my sons. It is one of my most prized possessions. A one-of-a-kind gift, it's beyond blessing.
