On the Road Again

The wide road calls us home. Tomorrow we leave Canada to head back to our home in the woods. This has been such an amazing time, all chilly air and falling leaves and smoke in the air. We drove over the mountains out of Kelowna today and the trees were loaded down with snow, caps on the fence posts. Snow covered mountains loomed above us as I drove over the packed snow with my shoulders held up to my ears. A tense and beautiful ride.

I have so many things to write about from this journey. I'll wait until I am home to write them.
