thankful :: week 3

Today it is for love. I'm thankful that love is always the strongest thing.

Even the sadness of saying goodbye, of longing for people who are far away, is because of the strength of love-- it always pulls at us, making us new, changing us, making us different. Love softens the hardest, dullest day, gives it the scent of flowers.

I'm thankful for love, around me and in me.

Play along by telling us what you're thankful for in the comments, or linking to your own thankfulness post.

That is the best picture! And love, truly, is the best.
I've been posting things I'm thankful for the last few days too.
Love to you and yours.

Totally agreed - right now I'm loving San Francisco, thinking of all the times, I hung out with you here. Went down to Fishermen's Wharf and Pier 39. Walked up so many hills!!!! Love it.

Awesome picture! Miss you too...

Thankful for your blog. I adore it. My daughter is from India and we had an amazing journey to and in India when we picked her up. I feel like I get a taste of the country I feel in love with in each and every post.

I'm thankful for love, too. It's a beautiful yet painful thing - so intertwined with joy and sadness. Nothing else to do but be thankful for it! Love the photo! :)
